Using the tools

You may use Framekit only with media you have the right to process and in compliance with applicable law. You remain responsible for your source files, settings, results, and any distribution of the resulting media.

Availability and compatibility

Tools are provided as available. Processing depends on browser capabilities, device resources, and source codecs. A failed, slow, unavailable, or lower-quality result can occur; keep original media and check every output before relying on it.

No guarantees or warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Framekit is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file, or a particular output quality. Do not use it as the only copy or processing path for important media.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the tools. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue tools and these terms; continued use after publication of changes means you accept the revised terms.
